Did you know that we also offer social media training as well as full platform management?
Our training offers a fantastic way to master the latest tactics and build your confidence on social media. It’s particularly useful for companies that wish to manage their social media marketing in-house but need to upskill their teams.
Over the past few years, we’ve designed and delivered social media training for a wide range of clients, from life science businesses to marketing agencies. Drawing on our team’s broad expertise, we can offer training across all the main platforms – with particular expertise in LinkedIn marketing, thought leadership and employee advocacy support.
Alongside social media workshops, we also offer bespoke training for businesses – covering everything from understanding your audience to strategy and writing compelling content.
For example, we delivered a full day’s training on X and LinkedIn for London-based marketing agency St Brides Partners. The team was already doing a great job with social media marketing but they wanted to learn more about the latest tactics. We ran an interactive training day that covered a whole host of topics, from strategy to creating short-form videos and running LinkedIn Lives. The team left feeling knowledgeable about the latest trends, with the confidence to put these ideas into practice.
Ana Ribeiro, MD of St Brides Partners, said: “Lisa and her team were very professional. The sessions were well presented, with some interesting insights.” Read more about this training.
We’ve also delivered company-wide training on employee advocacy – equipping employees with the skills to champion their businesses using LinkedIn.
These days, employee advocacy has an important role to play in increasing brand awareness, employee engagement and recruitment. Research shows that employees have networks that are ten times larger than company networks. So, businesses can reach a much wider audience when their employees share their content. And we can help with all aspects of employee advocacy support and implementation.
We also offer LinkedIn mentoring for new starters. These sessions can be recorded and included in future induction programmes for new employees.
“Thanks to the training with Social Elements I have been much more visible on LinkedIn…I now have more confidence posting on LinkedIn and have a strategy."
One of our specialist training areas is LinkedIn advertising.
LinkedIn is becoming an increasingly crowded space – with more than one billion users globally. Paid ads offer a highly targeted way to get your business in front of your ideal customers – with the opportunity to tailor the audience by job role, location, age, seniority and keywords. However, LinkedIn advertising needs to be set up with the right objectives, targeting and creative content to get the most from your investment.
With Social Elements’ training, clients benefit from our extensive experience in running paid ad campaigns. We advise clients on how to set up and manage their ads to deliver the highest impact and ROI.
Following our paid ads training, one agency client said: “The training was not only informative but also highly practical, providing us with the tools and strategies to engage more effectively with our target audience for our ads.
“The training broke down complex areas into easy-to-understand steps, making it simple to understand our existing audiences so we can create compelling ads.”
Our training can be delivered online via Teams or Zoom or we can come to your offices to deliver a session face-to-face. You’ll also receive a recording of the session, the slides and an hour of post-training support so you can ask questions or recap any topics.
We can provide group training or one-to-one sessions. Alison Middleton, a mind and body transformation and wellness practitioner and motivational speaker, shared this feedback on our training:
“Thanks to the training with Social Elements I have been much more visible on LinkedIn…I now have more confidence posting on LinkedIn and have a strategy. My visibility has increased and I have connected with others in my industry and potential clients.”
