Ahead of our one-to-one, we’ll send you a fact-finding questionnaire so that we can prepare your training to meet your needs. And at the end of the session, we’ll give you detailed notes to refer back to when you’re implementing what you’ve learnt. You’ll also have access to a 30-minute follow-on support call with us to really embed your knowledge.
